The farm

The farm is spread over an area of about 20 hectares, where are placed olive groves, the vineyard, vegetables in open field, arable land, meadows and pastures, a  lake and 3 hectares of forest.
The most practiced herbaceous crops are wheat, barley, faba bean and sunflowers, all of course under crop rotation, thus allowing the natural enrichment of the soil.

The vegetables produced are tomatoes, cauliflower, various salads, potatoes: all the fruits of these crops are totally used in our restaurant.
You can find also a pig farms and farmyard animals (rabbits, geese, chickens, poultry, etc. .. ) feeded with the grain produced on the farm.
Crops or farming are based on a perspective of quality and naturalness of the products, inline with the philosophy of the magnificent place that welcomes.
